Automatic Quartz Skeleton Watch

The box was broken & a tool thingy fell out when i removed the watch from the shipping bag.. The watch was fine. I have this watch on my wrist, & i still can't tell what kind of movement it is. The stem does not click when you do the winding motions. No discernable battery or mainspring is visible! There is a tiny little movement in the center of this pseudo-skeletanized watch. I think a tiny little battery is embedded within the plastic movement center, behind the fake gears at the back. I am afraid to disassemble! So, quartz, most likely. The seconds timing is indicated by the one front gear that moves to a one second beat & it works! Amazingly so. Time will tell how well & how long. It is purdy & fits my large wrist quite nicely. Weird or no info, too fragile packaging & no info anywhere makes this less than 5 stars. However, i will keep it & wear it. It is purdy! Like billy crystal used to say on snl: better to look good than to be good!
